We come up with new strategies all of the time, i'm including some that i've come up with, and if u email me yours, i can put that in too.
Dust 2 5 on 5
Terrorists:
2 rush bomb site B and 2 people rush bomb site A, either long or short. The remaining person with stays at spawn with the bomb until the rest of the team finds a clear bomb site, or clears one out. The bomb then rushes to the bombsite and plants. The people at the bombsite with enemies try to keep the enemies busy, and not let them get to the bomb. If the CTs rush the T spawn then the bomb should probably go to the tunnels at B. And try to hook up with some other teammates. A good spot to wait with the bomb is in the area towards B.
Counter terrorists:
2 people go to B and 3 people go to bombsite A. Or 2 go to each site then the remaining CT attacks the T spawn. Whenever someone sees the bomb tell the others and then the others will try to come from behind and sandwich the bomb.

General Tips
Mouse Sensitivity:
The best sensitivity to have is 3.0. This not only enables you to snipe a lot better, but it increases your accuracy for all weapons. You can always just move the mouse faster to turn faster, you get used to it pretty fast. You will be seeing quite a few more headshots once you lower your sensitivity. Sensitivity can be set during the game by bring down your console and typing Sensitivity 3, or whatever number you want after sensitivity.
Another big mouse factor that can hurt you is mouse acceleration. Have you ever noticed that when you move the mouse slowly a certain distance with your hand, but then move it quickly the same distance physicaly with your hand it will go a lot farther on the screen. This is due to mouse acceleration. This decreases my accuracy a lot, so i turn it off, you probably should have this off too. Just go to your control panel and then the mouse properties and turn it off in there.
P90: never stop running and keep aiming at the target and hold the trigger with this gun. When you run accross open areas you can pull of some lucky long range head-shots if you just hold the trigger down.
If you are going to use sniper rifles a lot, it is a good idea to put a little piece of tape where your cross-hair normally would be.
